The Del Rey is here!

Hours before their Autumn/Winter 2012 catwalk, Mulberry have announced that their new bag is the Del Rey; - inspired by American songstress Lana Del Rey. According to Mulberry.com "Lana has mastered the style of Old Hollywood, mixing it with an edgy sense of fun." Mulberry designers say The design contrast appeals to them as they love mixing eclectic references with classic details and that is what inspired them to create a bag that was refined, elegant yet timeless.

And I agree! The Del Rey will suit any woman. I could see myself making the Del Rey my everyday bag. It features twin grab handles, and has the classic Mulberry postman’s lock to the side. finishes include Mulberry classics like oak and black buffalo and as part of the Autumn/Winter collection a berry coloured black-forest soft matte, deer brown, black soft spongy and petrol coloured tanned lambskin. The Catwalk Collection also features two new super-luxe leathers, gold large metallic snake print and ink blue sparkle croc print. All of which, I want. :)
